How – By fully understanding the over riding business case for this client, we were able to successfully prioritise limited resources and ensured in-house customer support was maintained during the change over phase.

What – 2. ERP System Selection and Implementation
The client needed a business wide ERP system to consolidate a number of obsolete management systems which prevented all departments from driving and reporting in an effective manner.
How – TIME provided the procurement specialists who led the specification and tendering process for a major and competitive ERP system selection. Once the contract had been negotiated and awarded the TIME team handed over management of the system implementation to the selected contractor.
