What – TIME was requested to supply a Finance Director to the Counter Terrorism Reseach and Development programme
How – Through flexible partnering, TIME provided a Finance Director to the programme. The role resulted in a more accurate management accounting system with detailed reports to the client. This enabled the Programme Director to correctly accrue expenditure to match the overall programme timescales.
