- We work with our client to deliver a Needs Analysis, this is extremely powerful as we bring an external perspective
- The Needs Analysis includes
All organisational and personal objectives
A full stakeholder map to ensure all interactions are considered
A SWOT report
- The output from the Needs Analysis is an Action Plan
- The Action Plan lays out all activities and timescales, it is agreed with the client and used as the baseline for reporting
- Having agreed the Action Plan with the client, the team is resourced. It will comprise the most experienced and capable industry experts. As required it may be a multi-disciplinary, specialist or individual. Our ability to be flexible is the key to success.
- The team will then implement the Action Plan. This is achieved through a number of processes depending on the requirement
- Throughout the implementation phase, regular progress reports are issued in accordance with our clients’ requirements
- At point of delivery milestones, a presentation is provided detailing what we did, how we did it and what is outstanding
- Finally, at completion of the project, we provide a close out presentation with lessons learnt
Throughout the process, our teams recognise that people drive success. Ensuring they integrate with and mentor existing personnel, they will encourage, support and most importantly inform existing stakeholders of progress and activities
