What – The client required implementation of early stage financial reporting techniques. Additionally as projects started to come on line, TIME provided project managers who assisted with the set up of techniques and processes.
How – TIME worked closely with the client to understand Government objectives and reporting requirements. We then recommended and implemented processes for tracking and reporting budgets and progress achieved against key recycling projects. TIME managers also assisted with the set up of the new regional office in Edinburgh.
